okkervil river, ok!

for all of you who love the okkervil river – or, more accurately, love those who love okkervil river – this special youtube channel is a lovely way to bide your time while surfing through the inter-tubes. those crazy guys (the ones actually in okkervil river) decided to ask a bunch of other crazy guys (who are not actually in the band) to cover “the stand ins.” which is to say their entire last record. pretty cool, no?
